About the event
NDIS Workforce, Contracts & Compliance Crash Course
NDIS providers are facing increasing workforce, payroll, legal and compliance pressure.
SCHADS, Fair Work, casual employment rules, contractor arrangements, superannuation changes, service agreements, worker files and audit evidence are no longer separate issues. They all connect. When one area is weak, the whole business can be exposed.
This workshop has been designed for NDIS providers who want practical answers, not generic HR templates.
Delivered by Sam Darwish, Principal of Civic Lawyers Australia, together with Anna Latifi, an NDIS compliance consultant with almost a decade of sector experience, this session combines legal insight with real NDIS operational and audit knowledge.
The aim is simple: to help providers understand where they are exposed before it becomes a Fair Work claim, payroll issue, contractor dispute, audit finding, participant complaint or business risk.
