This change aims to streamline the payment process and ensure efficient allocation of funds to support individuals receiving care and services through the NDIS.

To assist you in navigating this change, we have outlined a series of simple steps that will help you understand how to claim your funding through Bulk-Payment using PRODA effectively.

HOT but important TIPS!

For the dates when making NDIS Bulk-Claims is to ensure that once you have inserted the dates normally you will need to do the following steps:

  1. Select all the dates

  2. Right click

  3. Click format cell

  4. Go to "dates" on the left side

  5. Scroll down and select the third last one that has year/month/date

  6. hit enter!

Note: Save it as 'Comma Delimited'

Note: Excel is sensitive, so be sure to make sure there is no space between the line items you insert or anywhere else! You may need to attempt this a few times, but please do not give up, MyPlace will let you now what the 'error' is.

If you find yourself still struggling, please don't get frustrated, many others are in the same boat!
