Medication Incident Management P.P.W.I

The company stakeholders are responsible for identifying medication incidents and must take immediate action to report and record the incident. A medication incident includes but is not limited to missed medication, dropped tablets, accidently opening the incorrect webster packet or administrating the incorrect time of day medication, a non-identifiable tablet and/or medication that was not scripted.
